Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions to the Beyond Giants LLC service (the "Service") are billed, cancelled, and refunded. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select. All charges are in U.S. dollars and are processed securely by Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at admin@feeble.io or through your account settings, if available. When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again afterward. We do not charge cancellation fees.

3. Refunds

Because the Service is a subscription, payments for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, and cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding the current period. However, we want you to be satisfied. If you believe you were charged in error, experienced a significant service issue, or are otherwise unhappy, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith and may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email admin@feeble.io with the email address on your account and the date and amount of the charge. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and apply to charges made after the change takes effect.
